Our developing approach

Bringing records, contractors and assets into one clearer process.

NISA TotalCare represents our developing approach to digitally supported facilities management. It is intended to connect asset information and maintenance planning with the practical management of service delivery.

Rather than treating maintenance records, contractor activity and asset information as separate activities, our aim is to bring them together into a clearer management process.

Capabilities

What TotalCare is designed to support

Facility Health Assessments

A structured assessment helps establish an understanding of a property's condition, maintenance needs and potential areas of concern.

Our assessment approach can identify relevant assets, visible defects, maintenance priorities and areas that may require further technical investigation.

The findings can inform recommendations and help establish a practical maintenance plan.

Digital Asset Registers

A well-maintained asset register provides a useful reference point for property management. The intended TotalCare approach supports the recording of relevant information such as:

  • Asset descriptions and identification
  • Asset location and specifications
  • Recorded condition and maintenance requirements
  • Service history and maintenance records
  • Available warranty and lifecycle information

The information available for each asset depends on the scope of the assessment and the records provided or collected.

Maintenance Planning & Work Orders

Structured maintenance records help clients understand which work is required, what has been assigned and which tasks remain outstanding.

TotalCare is being developed to support maintenance scheduling, digital maintenance requests, work-order tracking and visibility over service progress.

Compliance & Risk Visibility

Facilities may contain assets that require inspections, servicing or specific compliance documentation.

A more structured record of these requirements can help clients identify upcoming actions, outstanding records and issues requiring attention.

Formal compliance remains subject to the relevant inspection, documentation and authorised professional processes.

Asset Lifecycle & Management Reporting

Over time, asset information and maintenance records can support better decisions about repair, continued maintenance or replacement.

Our longer-term objective is to provide clearer reporting on maintenance activity, asset condition, recurring issues and lifecycle considerations, helping clients plan their maintenance expenditure more effectively.

Connecting information to action

Digital information is most valuable when it leads to practical decisions.

NISA's intended model combines asset visibility with maintenance coordination and project delivery, enabling us to help clients translate identified needs into prioritised actions.

NISA TotalCare is being developed to support a more proactive, transparent and informed approach to property operations.

A structured assessment is the first step towards a clearer asset register and a practical maintenance plan.

The scope and availability of any complimentary assessment will be confirmed with you before the assessment is arranged.
