Nhlane Innovative Solutions Africa (NISA) is a South African property maintenance, facilities management and project management company established in 2016 by Keith Masuku.

We work across commercial, industrial and residential property environments, providing maintenance services, infrastructure solutions and project delivery support tailored to the needs of each client.
Our work is built around a simple understanding: every property represents an investment, and maintaining that investment requires more than responding when something goes wrong. It requires planning, accountability, appropriate technical expertise and a consistent approach to service delivery.
Our approach
An ongoing operational responsibility, not a series of disconnected tasks.
We begin by understanding the client's facility, identifying maintenance requirements and establishing priorities. From there, we coordinate the appropriate resources, plan the work and oversee delivery in line with the agreed scope, budget and timelines.
We work with trusted suppliers and specialist service providers to coordinate a range of maintenance and infrastructure requirements. Through structured communication, service records and quality checks, we aim to give clients greater clarity over the work being undertaken and the issues requiring further attention.
More than a maintenance contractor

This means looking beyond the immediate repair to consider why an issue occurred, whether preventative action is required and how maintenance decisions affect the facility over time.
We are also developing our digital facilities management capabilities through NISA TotalCare, with the aim of connecting asset information, maintenance planning and service visibility in a more structured management environment.
By bringing together service coordination, project management and asset intelligence, we are working towards a more accountable and informed approach to facilities management.

A message from our Director
Building a Business Around Trust, Accountability and Better Solutions
When I founded Nhlane Innovative Solutions Africa in 2016, I wanted to build a business that could make a meaningful contribution to the property and infrastructure services industry. My background in sales, supply chain, logistics and construction shaped my understanding of operations, service delivery and the importance of strong professional relationships. Over time, I developed a particular interest in project management, customer service and the systems required to deliver work consistently and responsibly.
That experience helped shape the direction of NISA.
Clients deserve more than a service provider who arrives when something breaks and leaves when the job is done.
They deserve a partner who understands their operational needs, takes responsibility for delivery and recognises the importance of protecting their assets over the long term. This belief is central to the business we are building.
Our focus is on bringing greater structure to property maintenance through proactive planning, coordinated technical services, effective project management and clear communication. We want our clients to have confidence not only in the work being undertaken, but also in the way their facilities are managed.
